If you would like to join the Cal Poly Wheelmen please download the
Membership Packet
Read the material carefully and keep it for reference. All of the paperwork necessary for membership is included at the end of the packet; it can be printed and turned into the Secretary, Bryan Costanza, with your membership dues ($40), at any general meeting. Please send an electronic copy of your Travel Emergency Card to Bryan Costanza at bryancost at gmail.com.
Additionally, we also need a single page photo copy of the fronts of your:
Drivers License
Car Insurance
Health Insurance
CAL POLY ID Card
