Joining the Wheelmen

If you would like to join the Cal Poly Wheelmen please download the following:

• Wheelmen Membership Packet (Updated 5/10)
• Driver Packet (Updated 5/10)

Fill out and turn in the last two pages of the Wheelmen Membership Packet, and all of the information on the Club Membership Form, Code of Conduct form, and Activity Release form. Any paperwork regarding membership should be turned into the Secretary, Josh Marcum, with your membership dues ($40), at any general meeting. Please send an electronic copy of your Travel Emergency Card (from the Wheelmen Membership Packet) to Josh Marcum.

Additionally, we also need two single page photo copies of the fronts of your:

• Drivers License
• Car Insurance
• Health Insurance
• Cal Poly ID Card
